In line with the guidance from Public Health England, we have provided guidance to all staff relating to possible symptoms, and what to do if they feel unwell or are exposed to anyone else that may have become infected. We are undertaking cleaning of the premises a minimum of twice daily with specific attention on communal areas, door handles and shared IT equipment. Hand wash posters are on display in all communal areas. We have suspended all customer sales and training visits to our premises, and visits by our staff to customers premises. These meetings are now being conducted by webinar. In the event of customers coming to our premises to collect goods, we are restricting face to face contact and goods will be left for customers to collect in a safe manner. For the safety of all our staff, we courteously request that customers do not attend our premises under any circumstances unless a collection has been organised in advance. Deliveries are handled by third-party logistics companies, who have in place their own safety protocols, however, it is advisable that customers follow Public Health England advice after collecting and handling any goods.
We are in constant communication with our suppliers to try and offer a seamless supply of products and services, however supply chain issues may become inevitable if the situation continues for any length of time. We will do our utmost to keep customers up to date with stocking levels and any issues relating to the continuation of supply.
